Track your package via After Ship. We use a number of different carriers, paste your tracking number into the link listed above for the correct carrier and contact number.
If your package was confirmed delivered by the carrier via a tracking number, we recommend you check with others in your household and/or neighbors to see if they have received your package. You can also contact the carrier directly for assistance.
If your order is not found after 7 days, contact Support@Madhappy.com with your current mailing address, name, and order number so we can investigate further.

Our standard shipping is free for all domestic orders over $150. See shipping prices for orders under $150 below. $5 shipping for orders between $100 and $150. $8 shipping for orders between $50 and $100. $10 shipping for orders under $50.
Our standard shipping is free for all international orders over $250. We use an international partner to help us reach as many countries as possible and charge a flat rate based on the cart size. $15 shipping for orders between $100 and $250. $20 shipping for orders under $100.

We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return or exchange it for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
All items must be unworn with tags attached and in sellable condition.
Our returns team is located on the west coast, so please allow 7-14 business days for us to get your refund / exchange back to you. We monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. All replacements are at the discretion of the Customer Care Team.

While apparel as a whole isn’t inherently sustainable - we are doing everything we can to responsibly make all of our products. By having a compact, primarily LA-based supply chain, we reduce our overall emissions. We use higher quality, organic fabrics across all of our core lines. We optimize garment quality and construction in order to minimize our fallout. We donate all of our imperfect garments to charity in order to minimize waste. We believe that we are creating high quality garments that are made to last a lifetime. As we look at the future of the business, we are setting strict fiber standards across all of our product, and setting strict standards for all factories we work with. We are also exploring ways that we can upcycle old Madhappy products. By 2025, Madhappy will be a carbon neutral brand.
