Track your package via After Ship. We use a number of different carriers, paste your tracking number into the link listed above for the correct carrier and contact number.
If your package was confirmed delivered by the carrier via a tracking number, we recommend you check with others in your household and/or neighbors to see if they have received your package. You can also contact the carrier directly for assistance.
If your order is not found after 7 days, contact Hello@Madhappy.com with your current mailing address, name, and order number so we can investigate further.
We offer shipping protection on every order in the event that your package is lost, damaged, or stolen. If you opt-in to this option, you’ll pay a fee at checkout (depending on your order total) that will ensure a replacement or store credit for your order. Our standard shipping is free for all domestic orders over $200. See shipping prices for orders under $200 below. $5 shipping for orders between $150 and $200. $8 shipping for orders between $100 and $150. $10 shipping for orders under $100.
Our standard shipping is free for all international orders over $250. We use an international partner to help us reach as many countries as possible and charge a flat rate based on the cart size. $15 shipping for orders between $100 and $250. $20 shipping for orders under $100.

If you would like to make changes to an order after it has been placed, please reach out to our support team. We may be able to edit or cancel your order if it has not been processed for shipment.
Once your return item is shipped back to us and arrives at our HQ, our team will check and process the return in 2-3 business days. We will send you a confirmation as soon as it is processed. After that, refunds will reflect back to cards in 5-7 days, store credits will be sent via email, and exchange orders will be sent out!
Exchange items are not reserved until your return item has been assessed and processed by our team. You will receive email confirmation of your new order or an email letting you know the item is now out of stock.
We recommend sending your return back as soon as possible in order to avoid your exchange item going out of stock!
