Goods bought in the European Union come with a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity from the seller. This protection is free of charge and applies in addition to any commercial guarantee.
Your Rights
If you buy goods in the EU, the seller must provide a legal guarantee of conformity lasting at least two years from delivery. You never pay for this guarantee.
In some countries the legal guarantee period is longer. For used goods it may be shorter, but never less than one year.
What Is Covered
The guarantee covers goods that do not match their description, or that do not work as intended.
Where that happens, we must repair or replace the item at no cost to you. In certain cases you may instead be entitled to a price reduction or a full refund of the purchase price.
This is separate from our returns policy, which is what we offer voluntarily on top of your legal rights.
How To Make A Claim
Report the problem to us as soon as possible and provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, an invoice or a bank statement.
