Is Madhappy a sustainable brand?

We at Madhappy are doing everything we can to responsibly make all our products. While apparel as a whole isn't inherently sustainable - we are working on many initiatives to become more sustainable. This means 1) using organic cotton that doesn't hurt the environment, 2) using high quality fabrics that mean less waste, 3) and reducing all our packaging needs. We currently produce almost all our products in the US - further minimizing our footprint due to reduced air and sea freight. Over the years to come, we will continue to minimize our footprint by continuing to work with green factories and incorporating more recycled fabrics into our line.

What does Madhappy do in the mental health space?

We made it our mission to create an authentic voice to raise awareness and provide resources around mental health. In our stores, we create welcoming environments with lots of programming: panels, meditations, and talks. We launched our blog, The Local Optimist, highlighting powerful stories around mental health through interviews and editorial content. We do product releases and large scale events (like our Melrose Place block party) and donate proceeds to our charity partner, The Jed Foundation. We will continue to play our part in creating conversation and building out free resources with mental health organizations providing access to anyone in need.

Size & Fit

As a rule of thumb, our Universal styles fit true to size and our Heritage styles are oversized. Check out our size guides on each individual product for more detailed info!

Where is the Madhappy HQ?

We are based in the Arts District of Los Angeles. Come say hi :)

Ordering

When will my order ship?

In the US – we offer free priority shipping. Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days of order. Based on location, delivery will take between 1 – 3 business days.

Does Madhappy ship internationally?

Madhappy currently ships internationally. Rates vary based on location, package size and speed. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Recipient must pay all duties.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so we’ll do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations before your order ships. Text us at 310.299.9414 to get it updated before your package goes out!

My package is lost!

Ah! If your package is lost in transit, please contact Mh support immediately. After an order has been delivered to the order address, we are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How often do you restock products?

Our Madhappy Classics will be available year round with new seasonal colors + designs coming into the mix. Our limited capsules, collections and collaborations are never restocked.

How should I care for my Mh?

We recommend washing on cold. Hang dry or dry on low heat. Lower environmental footprint + perfect for your Mh.

Where do you make your clothing?

We currently produce 100% of our products locally in Los Angeles, California. Made in the USA.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted on unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase, unless marked Final Sale. Feel free to try on the clothes – and if they don’t work out – send it back for a refund, exchange or store credit! Partial returns, exchanges and store credit are always free. Full returns are charged an $8 restocking fee.
