Kerrville Folk Festival Winner Tom Neilson coming to Pensacola, Florida for performance with Mad haPPy and Mike Potters Allstar Hootenanny. Saturday, February 2nd at Sluggo’s. Head on the Door. Extended family these people, but may be the last Mike iLL show there ’cause we’re just kind of done with cigaret venues for the time being.

The 600 Watt DC Power Amp from Parts Express Ok so it’s the 101 version, but Eric Van Iderstine and John Butler AKA Noggin assembled the components last night. Thanks to Puffin Foundation and Puffin West Foundation again and a new contribution from the McKenzie Family! System Debut’s tomorrow at the Long Hollow Equinox [...] Long Hollow Equinox Festival a week from Saturday! We will be using the new Off-the-Grid Sound System that the Emerald Coast Community of Makers are helping us put together. Doing Bayan versions of: 2012 R U Done Yet Dark Eyes Swing Gitane Feeling Our Way Sweep The World Wild and Bold and a bunch more. [...] We’re very excited to commune with everyone this Saturday at Bayview for GGMA festival. Also very excited about the Ever’man Spring AKA Ever-lution – Look up Ever’man United on facebook for details. Our local Natural Food Co-Op is having an epiphany! UPDATE GG Festival moved to tomorrow, Sunday for raindate. We were all so excited with the Grand Re-Opening of Open Books. There were tons of people in and out and they sold nearly a thousand dollars worth of merchandise, which is a lot for Open Books. There are three Mad haPPy shows coming up:
Sunday, Feb 19th at our house with Dear Rabbit [...] We are very excited at, after near extinction, and thanks to the great work and dedication of their wonderful volunteers, Open Books is re-opening in a new space (much closer to down town) and Mad haPPy (and friends) will be performing at the Grand Opening event at on Saturday February 4th. The event goes from [...] Getting ready to play the DayGlo part at the New Improved, ALL AGES Club TSI in Jacksonville this Saturday, followed by a week long music workshop we’re running at a Youth Festival at Sunsport Resort. We’re focusing on music from Ghana.
